Health and safety

Accidents can happen before you know it, especially in the construction industry. Among other things, we continuously train our personnel, we dedicate ourselves to programs to improve awareness, behavior and sensitization, we organize workplace inspections and we select subcontractors who work safely.

VCA

C-metal, Cordeel Zetel Temse, Cordeel Zetel Hoeselt, C-concrete, C-wood and C-rental are VCA certified. This safety management system provides an integral approach that promotes uniformity within the Cordeel companies, with the aim of reducing the number of incidents and accidents. A specific HSE (Safety-Health-Environment) plan is drawn up for each project.

We are proud to be renowned for the high quality of work we provide.Every employee is dedicated, and our QA/QC department strives for ongoing improvement in everything we do, in every department. C-metal, Cordeel Zetel Temse and Hoeselt, C-concrete and C-wood are ISO 9001 certified. This quality management system ensures a process-oriented approach to all our projects.

Environment

We give real meaning to our mission 'Transforming the future as the fastest builder by focusing on innovation to create smart, energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions.' We train our employees to be environmentally aware and make special efforts in green technology, reducing our carbon footprint and social commitment. C-metal, Cordeel headquarters Temse and Hoeselt, C-concrete and C-wood are ISO 14001 certified. Based on an environmental aspects analysis, we set targets and try to improve continuously.
