Our customers ask us increasingly often to apply Design & Build principles to their assignment. That means we take on both the design and the construction. We get excited about such assignments because we can think along from the beginning about the best design and the most efficient way to achieve them. From calculation, engineering, work preparation and production, to conservation, transport and assembly: we can then put our knowledge and experience to optimum use.
We are also familiar with the integration of BIM. During the construction process we use BIM models. In the calculation phase, these provide a quick and clear insight into the designs as well as a correct extraction of the required quantities. Thus optimizations can already be proposed in this first phase and the model can also be developed in further detail. Production and installation then take place on this basis.
